The Upper Eden Valley has many pretty villages at the heart of which you will find traditional cottages and farm buildings. Most of the villages are still home to families who have lived and worked here for very many generations.
The stone walls and barns, the well kept hedges and fields and the healthy livestock are a tribute to the hard-working people who have always taken such pride in the area.
